Notice: Please be advised that because of the national recession and the decreased availability of funds the Kempner Fund may not be in a position to fund projects at its previous levels. The Fund values the relationship it has with its grantees and expects to continue to focus its grant giving on the Galveston area and Hurricane Ike recovery for the remainder of 2009 and 2010.
